Wash Cold: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water to preserve colors.

Use Mild Detergent: Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to maintain the fabric’s quality.

Wash Separately: Wash alone or with similar colors, especially for the first few washes, to prevent color bleeding.

Avoid High Heat: Air dry for best results or tumble dry on low heat to prevent shrinking.

Iron with Care: If needed, iron on low heat inside out to protect the design.

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, I’ll reach out to you via email or phone to offer alternative color options before your package ships. Your satisfaction matters, and I want to make sure you receive something you’ll love.

Route Package Protection is available at checkout and is highly recommended. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed beyond normal delivery times, Route allows you to file a claim directly for a resolution or refund.

If Route is not added at checkout, you’ll be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS). I’m only able to assist with claims made through Route. It’s a small investment for added peace of mind.

If your package is returned to KcKeepsake due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or for any issue not caused by us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid delays.

If the wrong size was selected at checkout, the original item will need to be returned before a replacement is sent. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping for the new item. I’m happy to help ensure the right size gets to you!
